The New York Times

"If you hate to wait for a wine to breath, you’re in for a treat: the Vinturi Wine Aerator. With this handy device, you can insert air into the wine in a matter of mere moments."

San Francisco Chronicle

"I’m a skeptic about wine gadgets. While they might make great gifts for the millionaire oenophile, rarely do I see any use for wine accessories beyond the basic openers, foil cutters, decanters and refrigerators. So I surprised myself with my enthusiastic response to the Vinturi. I tried it on a tannic red wine and it instantly tasted better."

Entrepreneur Magazine

"It's an affordable, convenient way to enrich a glass of wine. Vinturi is used in more than 70 wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valley, California."

Sunset Magazine

"Big, young red wines taste considerably better if you decant them — but what if you just want a glassful? The Vinturi pulls oxygen through holes in its sides, aerating wine instantly."

Danielle Salone, Merchandise Manager, Jacuzzi Family Vineyards and Cline Cellars

"At our winery we tout the benefits of the Vinturi, pouring only reds through it, but when we tried the Vinturi White Wine Aerator, we were amazed at how positively it affected the taste of the whites. We are excited to offer our customers the same benefits to our fine white wines as our reds."

Joshua E. Zanow, Tasting Room Manager, PlumpJack and Cade Winery

"Most people understand the advantages of aerating red wines, yet don’t realize that white wines also benefit. With the Vinturi White Wine Aerator, the tropical fruits of PlumpJack’s Reserve Chardonnay jump from the glass and the more subtle mineral notes of CADE’s Sauvignon Blanc immediately become apparent."

Jonathan Mitchell, Wine Director/Sommelier: The Pacific Dining Car

"Hi there- I am a sommelier in Los Angeles at The Pacific Dining Car, and purchased one of your Vinturi wine aerators yesterday at The Wine House. I had originally seen this at Wente Vineyards up in Livermore and put it in the back of my mind to get one at some point. It was good timing yesterday, as I was headed to a private luncheon with Dan Duckhorn and a handful of LA sommeliers. No one knew what the Vinturi was nor had they ever seen it, so it was fun to play "show and tell". Skeptics stopped being skeptical when they tasted what it did for the very young "Migration" Pinot Noir from Duckhorn. The overly youthful, oaky tannins on the finish were GONE! The wine's finish was elegant and subtle, like the more expensive "Goldeneye" Pinot that Duckhorn produces. The young Merlots also softened and improved after being Vinturiated. Just wanted you to know. Thought I'd pass it along. Great work over there! Cheers!"

Today with Anthony Dias Blue

"This little item is an aerator that you can just (pour) right into the glass and it makes a really cool noise too. So that puts air into the wine… and it absolutely brings out the aroma."
